Welcome to Platform One!
New accounts
By default, new accounts only have access to Big Bang and Iron Bank.
If you need access to any other P1 Solutions or impact levels, you will need to contact us first to get started.
If you are a P1 Employee, make sure to go through employee onboarding first.
Before you begin (prerequisites)
To create a new account, you will need the following:
- An official contractor or government email preferred.
- * Your onboarding supervisor present or readily available (to request access to necessary teams).
- * If you need IL4+, you need Appgate installed on your computer.
- * Your Common Access Card (CAC) connected to your device.
- * If you don't have CAC yet, you need MFA app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
* Only required if accessing other P1 solutions like ChatOps or PartyBus.

MFA User Registration (no DoD PKI/CAC detected)
If you do not have a CAC, you will set up Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the next step. If you do have a CAC, make sure your CAC reader is connected properly and reload this window.
Your company or government email address is preferred for registration.
